Helen is a breast surgeon with extensive sub-specialist training in oncoplastic techniques allowing effective removal of cancer whilst maintaining or improving cosmetic outcome. This includes combining lumpectomies with breast reductions or breast lifts and immediate reconstructions with skin and nipple sparing mastectomies.

Following training in the UK, Helen completed advanced surgical training in Perth, WA gaining the fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2019. She then completed sub specialist breast training with Breast Surg ANZ in Perth. She holds public appointments in Royal Perth Hospital and St John of God Midland and operates privately out of St John of God Subiaco and St John of God Murdoch hospitals
