Kevin is an Interventional Cardiologist with an interest in acute coronary syndrome, structural heart disease including transcatheter valvular interventions and pulmonary hypertension due to left heart disease. He graduated with honours with his research in acute coronary syndrome from the University of Notre Dame Fremantle in 2011. His work was published in Heart, Lung and Circulation, The Journal of American College of Cardiology and Emergency Medicine Australasia. He presented his work in oral presentations at The American College of Cardiology in Chicago and The Cardiac Society of Australia and New Zealand Annual Scientific Meeting (ASM) in Brisbane in 2012. He completed his cardiology training in Western Australia in 2019 working at the major academic tertiary hospitals, Sir Charles Gairdner, Royal Perth and Fiona Stanley hospital.
