Tennille graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Masters of Clinical Audiology and is a member of Audiology Australia and Independent Audiologists Australia. She has also undertaken a master class with Dr Hashir Aazh, in tinnitus and hyperacusis therapy.

To provide holistic care and support to her clients, Tennille also completed accredited training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Acceptance Commitment Therapy.
